Warranty Returns

  • Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.


Returns Item/Packaging Conditions

  • Returned item/s must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging. DO NOT tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their original packaging!) back in new condition.
  • Place all merchandise in an additional shipping box; DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.
  • Packages received not following the above conditions may be rejected by our Return Department or subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Refunds on unwanted, ordered by mistake, refused or undelivered will not include original shipping fees.


Return Process 

A 'Return Goods Authorization' (RGA) number is required before returning your item/s. It will allow your return to be processed quickly and accurately. Packages received without RGA will be rejected by our Return Department. Hot-Steam will not be responsible for any additional shipping cost associated with your return package.

  • Email support@hot-steam.com to initiate a return and explain the reason why you are returning the item/s.
  • An RGA number will be provided. Include this number in your return label or inside the box.
  • You have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your item/s. We recommend shipping the item/s with a carrier that provides tracking and added insurance to your shipment as we're not responsible for damage or loss packages that may occur while in transit.
  • You have 30 days from the day the RGA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience.

  • Retain your return tracking information. You will receive a confirmation email from Hot-Steam when your return is received and processed.
