Return Request
You may return item/s within 30 days of purchase under the conditions below.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Hot-Steam warehouse.

  • Email support@hot-steam.com to initiate a return by requesting a 'Return Goods Authorization' (RGA) and explain the reason of your return.
  • Print copy of your order number and write RGA number on it. Include this copy with your return.
  • You have 14 days from day the RGA was issued to return your item/s.
  • Items under $10.00 are not returnable.
  • Electrical parts (timers, switches, thermostats and fuses) are not returnable.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned item/s.
  • Returned item/s must be in new condition including the original box and packaging. We cannot take back used, installed or tried item/s.
  • Inspection of the item/s will follow when your return is received (usually within 24 business hours).

 

Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Customers have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order. We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.
  • Adding insurance to your return is highly recommended. Hot-Steam.com is not responsible for any damage or loss associated with your return.
  • DO NOT write or tape anything to the original product packaging box! We need to get all items (and their packaging!) back in new condition. 
  • DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. Place all item/s in an additional shipping box, otherwise the package will be refused and will not get a refund approved.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse a package not meeting the above criteria.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Hot-Steam.com when your return is received and processed.

 

Return Refund

  • A refund will be processed after the item/s and packaging conditions are approved.
  • Item/s not meeting the above criteria will not get approved and your refund request will be denied. Hot-Steam will not be responsible for shipping back the item/s.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple of the same or similar item/s with the intention of returning most of your orders.
  • Contact sales@hot-steam.com if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!
  • Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Original shipping costs paid are not refundable.

 

Damaged Returns
  • Please let us know ASAP if any item/s on your order arrive damaged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS/FEDEX/USPS/DHL) and Hot-Steam.com will assist our customers in these claims.
  • Please keep all original shipping packaging until the claim is reported and submitted.
  • To initiate a claim with a carrier, pictures of damaged item/s and packaging must be provided. Take pictures of packaging and damaged item/s and email to support@hot-steam.com (If these are not provided, Hot-Steam.com will not be able and help initiating a claim).
  • We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like! 

 

Warranty Returns

  • To determine warranty requirements for a specific item/s, please contact us via email for assistance to support@hot-steam.com
  • Please note warranty processing may take 2-4 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion.
  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
